We maintain control over all hazardous tasks by implementing a stringent Permit to Work (PTW) system. This formalized process ensures that high-risk activities (such as hot work, confined space entry, and lifting operations) are properly planned, authorized, documented, and executed under strict supervision. The PTW system guarantees that necessary precautions are in place and communicated to every team member before work begins.

We developed and launched a state-of-the-art crew management system for a prominent maritime services client in Dubai. This system streamlined the scheduling, training, and welfare management of crew members, leading to improved productivity, satisfaction, and reduced administrative burdens for the client.

Given our expertise in managing and supplying Jack-up Barges and providing Engineering Services for MOPUs, we place a strong emphasis on asset integrity. This involves establishing strict and scheduled Fleet Maintenance plans to ensure all assets (barges, vessels, lifting gear) comply with international classification certificates. We also implement a formalized Management of Change (MOC) process to evaluate any modifications, and guarantee that all our Engineering Quality meets stringent safety requirements in the design phases, from Structural Analysis (SSA) to Jacking Operations analysis.

We are rigorously committed to minimizing our environmental impact. This involves strict adherence to all local and international environmental regulations, including MARPOL. We implement effective, formalized programs for the safe sorting, handling, and processing of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated by our offshore operations, preventing pollution at its source.

Operating in sensitive marine environments requires constant vigilance. We maintain full readiness to address any potential spill incidents. This includes maintaining up-to-date Spill Response Plans, ensuring rapid deployment of containment and cleanup equipment, and providing specialized training for all crews to effectively manage and mitigate the impact of any discharge incident.

We operate with a deep respect for the ocean's ecosystems. Our protocols are designed to safeguard marine life, including strict adherence to Ballast Water Management Convention (BWMC) regulations to prevent the introduction of invasive species. We actively implement measures to minimize light and noise pollution during operations, especially in sensitive habitats, thereby protecting vulnerable marine species.
